Day 1 – Arrival Phnom Penh

Upon arrival then you will meet and transfer to the hotel for relax and following by a welcome dinner at Veiyo Tonle restaurant. Veiyo Tonle works as an orphanage and day center for disadvantaged children. Sometimes, the kids perform a dancing show in the restaurant. Overnight in Phnom Penh

Meals: Welcome dinner 

Day 2 - Takeo 

We will drive to Phnom Tamao wildlife sanctuary. This zoo was established to preserve and rescue rare and endangered local species from poachers and smugglers. Afterward, we will also stop at the two temples of Tonle Bati. In the afternoon, we will visit Phnom Chisor, a well-preserved Angkorian era temple ruin. Overnight at homestay

Day 3 - Kampot

We will enjoy a 40-minute boat trip along the canals of Takeo, through the rice fields and marshland to visit the ancient Funan ruin temples of Phnom Da, which is the oldest historical site in Cambodia and Angkor Borei as well as visit a nearby museum housed in a small colonial building. We will continue to Kampot. Kampot is the durian-growing region of Cambodia and is also renowned for producing one of the world’s finest peppers. Later in the afternoon, we will take a boat cruise along the city for a sunset overview of the sea. Overnight in Kampot

Day 4 - Kampot

We will drive to Bokor Hill Station. This site is located on a 1000 meters high plateau of steaming jungle, shy wildlife and abandoned buildings. The specific climate of the site, often shrouded in fog and clouds, completes the mysterious atmosphere of this ghost town. In addition, the view of the coast from the top is really spectacular. We will spend a full day in this eccentric and surprising site such as waterfall, old church building and old casino building before return to our hotel. Overnight in Kampot

Day 5 - Sihanoukville 

We will drive to Sihanoukville is Cambodia’s leading beach resort. There are white-sand beaches around the headland. As we will arrive there at noon time, we will first go for lunch to Starfish Bakery Café from the Starfish Project which assists disabled families and individuals to becoming independent through housing, community and water projects, and medical assistance. Afterwards, you will have a whole free afternoon to explore the beaches. Overnight at Sihanoukville

Day 6 - Sihanoukville

Today, we will enjoy a boat trip on the Gulf of Thailand. The boat will stop close to islands with rocky reefs providing a rich marine life for snorkeling before to shore to an island with uninhabited sandy beaches where you will relax. Overnight at Sihanoukville

Meals: Breakfast, BBQ lunch 

Day 7 - Sihanoukville

Here, you will have a full day to unwind and enjoy the beautiful tropical environment. No activities are planned today, but there are many sights around the city, which are interesting to explore. Overnight at Sihanoukville

Day 8 – Kirirom National Park 

We will drive to Chambok Community-based Ecotourism Site. This place lies at the border of Kirirom National Park. It boasts a beautiful 40-meters high waterfall, which can be reached via a 3 km nature trail. The site offers a wide range of outdoor activities and attractions such as trekking, hiking, bird watching, animal tracking or visiting a bat cave. Overnight in homestay

Day 9 – Phnom Penh 

Today, we resume our journey to Phnom Penh. After check-in, we visit the NGO “Pour un sourire d’enfant” which works to support underprivileged children who work and live in the streets and around the Stung Meanchey garbage dump in Phnom Penh. In the afternoon, we will drive to the Choeng Ek killing fields and the Tuol Sleng genocide Museum - a mass gravesite and a former high school converted to a detention and torture centre by the Khmers Rouges when they came to power in 1975. Overnight in Phnom Penh

Day 10 - Battambang 

We will drive to Battambang is the second biggest town of Cambodia. In the afternoon, we will stroll around the city to see the old colonial buildings, the small museum and Wat Kampheng, a colourful temple in a peaceful garden. Then, we will drive along the Sang Ker River to reach Wat Ek Phnom temple. On the way back we will stop at the NGO Phare Ponleu Selpak where many different activities are offered with children from poor and disabled families. Overnight in Battambang

Day 11 - Battambang

We will drive to Phnom Sampeu to visit two caves formerly used by the Khmer Rouge and enjoy a spectacular view of the countryside. Afterwards, we will go to Phnom Bannon, which built in the late 12th century's temple and a real life experience on the bamboo train will bring us back to Battambang. Overnight in Battambang

Day 12 – Siem Reap 

We will take a regular speedboat departing from Battambang Siem Reap. The boat will first navigate along the Sang Ker river before enter into the Tonle Sap lake, the biggest lake of Southeast Asia. Overnight in Siem Reap

The journey from Battambang to Siem Reap will be change to overland. The Tonle Sap Lake presents its lowest level at the end of the dry season, in March and July. 

Day 13 - Siem Reap

We will visit Handicap International, which provides a range of support activities to disabled people, many of whom are victims of leftover weapons. Then, we will continue to the Jayavarman VII Children’s hospital, that provides free medical care to children. In the afternoon we will visit Angkor Wat is the largest and most impressive of all the temples. As the end of the day will approach, we will proceed to the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng for a truly memorable sunset. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 14 - Siem Reap

We will first stop at the temple of Prasat Kravan, Banteay Kdei and the opposite Srah Srang Royal Bath and Banteay Kdei is enclosed by a large laterite wall and contains three main enclosures with laterite towers, connecting galleries and beautifully frontons and lintels. 

The afternoon will be free to let you explore Siem Reap on your own. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 15 - Siem Reap

You will have free time in the morning to relax. In the afternoon, we will drive about 15 km southeast of Siem Reap to reach the temples of the Roluos group, We will visit the three main temples of this site, Prasat Bakong, the oldest temple mountain of the Angkor-era, Prasat Preah Ko, with beautiful preserved carvings and Prasat Lolei, 4 tours built in the middle of a now dry Baray. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 16 - Siem Reap

We will begin to explore the complex of Angkor Thom. Our visit will begin with the South Gate, Royal Enclosure, Elephant Terrace, Terrace of the Leper King and Bayon, a pyramid temple decorated by about 200 gigantic carved heads. Afternoon, we will visit Preah Khan and Ta Phrom has been largely consumed by the jungle. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 17 - Siem Reap

Today we will drive to Koh Ker, the most remote ancient royal city of the Khmer Empire. The main ruins at Koh Ker consist of an impressive seven-storey sandstone pyramid. On the way back, we will stop at the magnificent Banteay Srei temple and Cambodian Landmine museum and Rehabilitation Centre, which promote mine awareness and education for both tourists and Cambodian people. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 18 – Kampong Thom 

We will drive to Kampong Thom Province through a beautiful countryside will take us to the central city. Then we will continue to a rural village where we will meet our host family. Then we will ride bicycles to Sambor Prei Kuk. This is the setting of the most impressive group of pre-Angkorian monuments anywhere in Cambodia. Overnight in homestay

Day 19 – Phnom Penh 

Today, before arriving Phnom Penh then we will stop Skun’s village. If you are very hungry or just looking for an eccentric dessert, you will get the chance to taste the local specialty, the delicious famous fried spiders. Afternoon, we will visit Wat Phnom, a temple on the top of the only hill (27 meters high) of Phnom Penh. Then we will enjoy drink on the rooftop of FCC overview of French’s colonial building. Overnight in Phnom Penh

Day 20 - Phnom Penh

We will drive north of Phnom Penh to Oudong was the royal capital between 1618 and 1866 before the capital was moved to Phnom Penh. Afternoon, we will visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, which floor is covered with 5000 silver plates, houses the Preah Keo or emerald Buddha, made of Baccarat crystal. Then we continue to National Museum present a collection of Khmer art, mostly sculptures. Overnight in Phnom Penh

Day 21- Phnom Penh

This is departure day so no activities are planned. Check-out will be at noon and you are free to leave at any time.
